Warmth and pressure in the same pass — and you decide how hard to press.
- Warmth
- Pressure
- No cord
- No soreness after
$84.99, once
A cordless handheld tool that warms a stiff spot and works it at the same time. The head is smooth metal — it glides across the skin instead of hammering at it, and the pressure comes from your hand, so you decide how firm it gets.
Three modes on one button. Warmth alone to loosen up after waking or sitting too long. Warmth with vibration for a spot that has gone tight. All three together, adding a light microcurrent tingle, when warmth isn't doing enough.
One page for each of the four places the stiffness settles into — neck and shoulders, lower back, legs and calves, feet and ankles. Where to start, which direction to move, and how long to stay there.
A tool on its own leaves you guessing. This tells you what to actually do with it. Sent by email as soon as you order.
The head is metal, and metal needs something to slide on. Dry, it catches and pulls at the skin instead of moving over it. A few drops and it glides — which is the whole point of a tool you're meant to run slowly over a sore spot.
Anyone who has tried this at home works that out in the first minute and goes hunting through the bathroom cupboard. This saves you the trip. In the box with every order.
If the aching arrived out of nowhere in your fifties and the tests came back normal, you're in the largest group there is. Joint and muscle discomfort is the most common symptom of menopause — more common than hot flashes — reported by around 65% of women in midlife. Researchers named it in 2024: the musculoskeletal syndrome of menopause.
Heat first — a pad, a bean bag in the microwave — then something to work the spot: a tennis ball, a roller, a thumb. It works, which is why so many land on it themselves. It's just clumsy, and heat alone was never enough.
This does both steps in one pass, without a cord and without getting down on the floor.
If a massage gun turned out to be too much — too heavy, too aggressive, more sore the next day — that's exactly why this is built the way it is. Nothing strikes at the muscle. It's a slow glide with warmth behind it, closer to a hand than to a machine.
Neck one week, lower back the next, feet in the morning. One tool covers all of it, in your own chair, with no appointment and no $90 session.
Free shipping on every order. No minimum, and nothing added at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.
Orders are processed within 24 hours and arrive in 7 to 10 business days anywhere in the US. A tracking number is emailed as soon as it ships.
Most people need a week or two of daily use before they can tell whether it's helping. If it isn't, write to us within 30 days and send it back — the oil is yours to keep either way. If something fails that shouldn't have, we replace it.
Ten minutes, in a real living room
See it in someone's hands.
Short clips — where people use it, and how slowly it actually moves.
Nobody needs another gadget they can't figure out
Press. Choose. Glide.
Two buttons do everything. No app to download, no account to set up, nothing to learn — three moves and you're using it.
1
One button. It starts warming straight away — you'll feel it in about thirty seconds, while it's still in your hand.
2
The other button steps through warmth, warmth with vibration, and all three together. Most people stay on the first one for the first week.
3
Slow passes over the spot, the way you'd smooth out a crease. Your hand sets the pressure — there's no motor pounding at you.
You've already tried most of this
Everything else gives you half the routine.
Warmth without pressure. Pressure without warmth. A cord that keeps you in one chair, or a session you have to book and pay for.
Warmth and pressure in the same pass — and you decide how hard to press.

Before you decide
The questions everyone asks.
Straight answers, including the ones about what it can't do.
No. The microcurrent setting is a light tingling sensation on the skin — most people describe it as a faint prickle, not a jolt. It is adjustable, and it is off in the first mode.
Start on mode 1, which is warmth and gentle vibration only. Add the microcurrent once you know how the warmth feels on you. If it's ever more than you want, step it back down.
That's the reason this exists. There is no percussion here — nothing hammers at the muscle. The metal head glides across the skin while it warms, and you decide how hard to press, because the pressure comes from your hand, not from a motor.
It should feel like a warm hand working slowly, not like a workout.
Two buttons. One turns it on, one steps through the three modes. No app, no account, no Bluetooth, nothing to pair.
It also stops on its own after ten minutes, so there is no way to leave it running or overdo it. Every order comes with The Stiff Spot Guide — one page each for the neck and shoulders, lower back, legs and calves, and feet and ankles.
The battery is 1200 mAh and charges over USB-C in one to two hours. At ten to twenty minutes of use a day, a full charge lasts about ten days.
There's no cord while you use it, so you aren't tied to an outlet or a particular chair.
Write to us and we'll sort it out. If something fails that shouldn't have, we replace the unit.
It's a fair question — plenty of cheap devices in this category die quietly after a few weeks, and we'd rather you ask now than find out later.
Neck and shoulders, upper and lower back, arms, hips, thighs, calves, feet and ankles. Anywhere the stiffness settles in, as long as the skin is unbroken.
Avoid the face, the front of the throat, and directly over the spine. Sitting down and working on your own legs and feet is the easiest place to start.
Don't use it if you have a pacemaker or any implanted electrical device, if you're pregnant, if you have epilepsy, or over areas with broken skin, active infection, blood clots, or a recent injury or surgery.
If you're being treated for cancer, have a metal implant in the area, or have reduced sensation in the skin from diabetes or neuropathy, check with your doctor first.
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum and no surprise added at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours and arrive in 7 to 10 business days anywhere in the US.
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves.
You have 30 days. Use it properly during that time — most people give it a week or two of daily use before they can tell — and if it isn't doing anything for you, contact us and send it back.
We would rather take a return than have it end up in a drawer.

Verified BuyerThe first thing I use in the morning
I’m stiffest when I first get out of bed, especially through my calves and ankles. I started keeping this beside the bed and using it for a few minutes before I head downstairs. It doesn’t feel aggressive at all, which is exactly what I wanted.
Linda M.
Verified BuyerMuch gentler than my massage gun
I bought a massage gun last year and almost never use it because the pounding is just too much for me. This feels completely different. I can warm up my calf first and then slowly work over the tight spots without feeling beat up afterward.
Sandra P.
Verified BuyerReally like it, wish the charge lasted longer
The heat feels good and I like that I can move slowly over the spots that bother me instead of getting pounded by a massage gun. I use it mostly on my legs in the evening. My only complaint is I seem to charge it more often than I expected.
Carol T.
Verified BuyerPart of my morning routine now
My first few steps in the morning are when I feel the stiffest. I keep this on my nightstand and use it on my calves and around my ankles before I get moving. I like that I can decide how much pressure feels right instead of having a machine hammering at me.
Michelle C.
Verified BuyerThis makes more sense than my heating pad
I used to heat my lower back, then grab a ball and try to lean against the wall in exactly the right spot. Half the time I gave up. This is just easier. Warm it, work the area a little, done.
Elaine V.
Verified BuyerVery good once I figured out my routine
I like the warmth and the shape of the edge a lot. It took me a few tries to figure out how much lotion to use and how slowly to move it. Once I stopped pressing too hard, it felt much better. I wish the quick-start instructions were more detailed.
Susan R.
Verified BuyerHeat and massage in one little tool
I used to sit with a heating pad and then get up and use a tennis ball on the spots that still felt tight. This is much less of a production. The warmth is soothing and I can work through a knot while I am sitting on the couch.
Denise R.
Verified BuyerNot another jackhammer, thank goodness
My daughter bought me one of those big massage guns and I hated it. Too loud, too heavy, too much. This is much more comfortable for me. I can use light pressure and take my time.
Julie M.
Verified BuyerBest on my calves and feet
I bought it for all-over stiffness but I definitely use it most on my calves and the bottoms/sides of my feet. It feels especially nice after I’ve been sitting awhile. Four stars only because reaching my back by myself is still awkward.
Deborah P.
Verified BuyerMy shoulders finally get some attention
My neck and shoulders get so tight by the end of the day, especially after driving or being on the computer. I use this for a few minutes while watching TV. It does not make me feel sore the next day, which was my problem with stronger massagers.
Brenda L.
Verified BuyerGood for legs and shoulders
I mainly use it on my calves and shoulders and it feels very nice there. I have a harder time reaching the middle of my lower back by myself, so I still use my heating pad for that spot. For everything I can reach easily, I prefer this.
Patricia H.
Verified BuyerSimple and actually pleasant to use
I am 59 and have accumulated more gadgets than I care to admit. This is one of the few I actually reach for. It warms up, fits nicely in my hand, and I can use it on my legs, feet, shoulders, wherever I feel stiff that day.
Beverly T.
Verified BuyerI actually keep this out instead of in a drawer
That is probably the best review I can give any wellness gadget. Most of mine end up in a cabinet after a week. This stays by my chair because I use it on something almost every day. Shoulders one day, calves the next.
Nancy B.
Verified BuyerGreat after being on my feet all day
I work on my feet and by evening my calves feel heavy and tight. A few slow passes with the heat on feels very soothing. I especially like using it around the sides of my calves because I can keep the pressure light.
Ann H.
Verified BuyerNice, but I needed better instructions
The tool itself feels good once you know what you’re doing, but the first couple of times I was definitely pressing too hard and moving too fast. I wish the instructions had shown a simple routine from the start. I use it now, just took me longer to get there.
Teresa N.
Verified BuyerGentle enough for me
The massage gun my son gave me was way too strong. This is much more my speed. I use low pressure and let the heat do most of the work. I took off one star because I would love a longer battery session between charges.
Karen D.
Verified BuyerI can use it without asking anyone for help
That may sound like a small thing, but I love being able to do this myself. I use it on my thighs and calves while sitting down and on my shoulders when they feel knotted up. No appointment, no cords, no dragging out three different things.
Paula S.
Verified BuyerGood for that stiff feeling after sitting
If I sit through dinner or a long movie, standing up is when I feel about 20 years older than I am. I use this on my thighs and calves before I start walking around and I like how gentle it feels.
Barbara S.
Verified BuyerPerfect for the spots that move around
Some days it is my lower back, other days my calves or shoulders. That is why I like this more than something made for one body part. I can use the same tool wherever I feel achy and stiff that day.
Robin E.
Verified BuyerComfortable and easy to hold
I was worried the handle would be awkward because my hands get tired with heavier massagers. This one is easy for me to hold. I mostly use heat and vibration. I don’t use every setting, but I’m glad I bought it.
Gloria E.
Verified BuyerTakes a minute to warm up, then feels lovely
Do not expect instant blazing heat. Mine takes a little bit to get comfortably warm, but once it does I really enjoy it on my calves and around my shoulders. I use it while sitting in the evening and it has become a regular habit.
Cynthia W.
Verified BuyerMy heating pad is getting less use
I still love my heating pad, but I was tired of being tied to the outlet. With this I get warmth and can actually work on the tight area at the same time. I use a little lotion and it glides much better that way.
Theresa D.
Verified BuyerMy evening couch routine
By the end of the day my shoulders and legs can both feel tight, and I’m not booking a massage every time that happens. I sit down with a little oil and use this while watching TV. Simple, quiet, and feels good.
Donna F.
Verified BuyerFeels controlled, not aggressive
The biggest difference for me is control. I do not want something pounding into sore muscles. I can go slowly with this and stop on a tight spot without overdoing it. It feels more like a calm massage routine than a workout.
Monica L.
Verified BuyerThe oil really does matter
First time I used it dry and honestly didn’t love it. Added a few drops of oil the next night and it was a completely different experience. Much smoother. I think that should be made very obvious for first-time users.
Pamela Q.
Verified BuyerI mostly use the heat and vibration
There are more settings than I personally need. I mostly stick with the warmth and gentle vibration because that is what feels best to me. The tool itself is easy to hold and much less intimidating than the heavy massager I already owned.
Janet K.
Verified BuyerNice before bed
My legs tend to feel achy and restless at night. I have been using the warm setting for a few minutes before bed and I find the whole routine very relaxing. It is quiet enough that I can use it while my husband is watching television.
Vicki A.
Verified BuyerFinally something gentle enough
At 57 I am done with tools that make me more sore the next day. I wanted something I could control myself. This is slow, warm and easy to use on my legs and shoulders without feeling like I overdid it.
Margaret R.
Verified BuyerNice idea, instructions could be clearer
The warmth feels good and I like the size, but I was confused by the different settings at first. I had to experiment more than I expected. I am using it now, mostly on my legs, but a simple guide for each body area would make this much easier.
Mary A.
Verified BuyerFinally something I do not dread using
I have tried rollers, hard massage balls and one of those percussion guns. They all felt like work. This is gentler. I can sit down, take my time and work over a stiff area without bracing myself for it.
Laura N.
Verified BuyerMy stiffness moves around, so this works for me
Mine is never just one spot. Sometimes neck, sometimes lower back, sometimes my calves feel like rocks. I like having one thing I can use in different places instead of buying another device for every body part.
Sharon G.
Verified BuyerHelpful after sitting too long
If I sit through a movie or a long car ride, getting up is when everything feels tight. I have been using this on my thighs and calves before I start moving around again. It is easy to keep nearby and does not take much effort.
Joan M.
Verified BuyerWorks best with a little lotion
At first I tried it on dry skin and did not understand the fuss. A small amount of lotion made a huge difference because it glides instead of dragging. I would put that tip right on the box. Otherwise I am very happy with it.
Cathy W.
Verified BuyerVery soothing, not super hot
I expected the heat to feel stronger right away, so that surprised me at first. It builds to a comfortable warmth rather than getting scorching hot. Once I got used to that, I actually preferred it.
Kathleen J.
Verified BuyerA good fit for me at 61
I was worried this would be another gadget that was too intense. It is not. I mostly use the heat with gentle pressure on my shoulders and legs. The handle is comfortable and I like being able to adjust what I am doing as I go.
Irene B.
Verified BuyerI stopped dragging out three different things
I had the heating pad, a roller and a little massage ball all next to the couch. Now this is what I reach for most of the time. Less fuss, and I can stay sitting while I use it.
Helen B.
Verified BuyerGood on easy-to-reach areas
I like it on my calves and thighs, but I bought it mainly hoping to use it on my lower back and I cannot comfortably reach the exact spot by myself. The device feels nice and gentle, just not as useful for that particular area as I hoped.
Rebecca C.
Verified BuyerOne tool instead of my little pile of remedies
I had a heating pad, a roller and a metal massage tool all living beside the couch. Now I mostly reach for this. It is convenient, it feels good on the stiff areas, and I can use it in a few different places without getting up.
Marilyn F.
Verified BuyerGood little tool with a small learning curve
It took me a few sessions to learn that less pressure is better. Once I stopped trying to dig into the sore spot, it became much more pleasant. I use it a few nights a week now.
Diane P.
Verified BuyerUseful, but there is a learning curve
I am happy with it now, but the first day I was pressing much too hard. This is better when I let the tool glide and keep the pressure comfortable. Once I understood that, I started using it several evenings a week.
Cheryl K.
Verified BuyerMy massage gun is collecting dust
I thought stronger had to mean better, so I bought a percussion gun first. Nope. It made me tense up before I even turned it on. This is much more my speed and I actually enjoy using it.
Judith S.
Verified BuyerComfortable, but I charge it often
I enjoy the heat and it is definitely gentler than my percussion massager. My only real complaint is that I seem to put it back on the charger more often than I expected. I still use it a few times a week because it feels good on my calves.
Wendy J.
Verified BuyerNice after a long car ride
Long drives make my hips and legs feel stiff when I finally get out of the car. I’ve been using this once I get home, mostly on my thighs and calves. It’s become one of those little things I’m genuinely glad I bought.
Darlene O.
Verified BuyerUseful, but not for every spot
I really like it for my legs, shoulders and feet. For the exact middle of my back I still need my husband to help or I use my heating pad. So it isn’t magic for every area, but for the places I can reach it’s very nice.
Yvonne C.
Verified BuyerFeels like something I can do for myself
That is what I like most about it. I don’t have to make an appointment or ask someone to work on a knot for me. I can sit in my chair and spend a few minutes on whatever feels stiff that day.
Colleen V.
Verified BuyerI like the heat more than the other settings
I’m still a little unsure about the microcurrent feeling, so I mostly use the heat and vibration. Those two settings feel good and I use them regularly. I probably would have liked a simpler explanation of the modes before I ordered.
Eileen S.
Verified BuyerA lot less hassle than my old routine
My old routine was heat first, then get on the floor with a tennis ball. At 60 I’m not excited about the floor part anymore. This lets me stay in my chair and do both without turning it into a whole event.
Maureen G.
Verified BuyerI use it more than I thought I would
I was skeptical because I already own too many things that promised to help. This one is actually getting used. I like it best on my calves at night. Taking off one star because I would prefer a more detailed printed guide in the box.
Rita P.
Verified BuyerGentle is the whole reason I like it
I don’t need another thing trying to beat the stiffness out of me. I just wanted warmth and something I could move slowly over the tight areas. This does that without making the routine feel like work.
Lynn D.
Verified BuyerA calmer way to work on stiff spots
I’m 62 and my body seems to pick a new place to complain every week. This has been easy to use on my calves, shoulders and feet, and I appreciate that I’m the one controlling the pressure. It feels simple, not intimidating.
